A Hot Toddy
A delicious winter classic which can be made with your base choice of brandy, rum or rather more traditionally whisky, honey or Demerara sugar, lemon peel and tea (although we tend to leave the tea out of ours!)
Festive additions can include seasonal spices such as cinnamon or star anise.
